Shoo-fly, Inc. Returns & Refunds Policy

Shoo-fly’s mission is to provide the highest quality products and safest insecticides to ensure happy customers and animals.

We will accept most returns of unopened, undamaged, unused products minus a 20% restocking fee and less shipping fees both ways after we have received, inspected and approved a return. Credits will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned products.

Be sure to get a tracking number for your return. Shoo-fly is not responsible for items that do not arrive at our office, or are damaged en route.

Please include the following with your returns:

  • Date and number of your invoice (or a copy of it)
  • Your name as it appears on the credit card used, along with the last four numbers of the card
  • Brief description of the reason for return
  • Your contact information

If return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned products. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as provided after the return is received and approved.

If you receive confirmation from Shoo-fly of a refund being issued, but the refund doesn’t appear on your account, please contact your credit card company.

No refunds will be issued on open bottles, used parts or damaged due to negligence.

Warranty

Shoo-fly will warrant our Master Unit for one year from date of purchase when our insecticides are used exclusively in the system. Use of any other products in the Unit will void the warranty. See the owner’s manual for more information.

Questions regarding orders placed with Shoo-fly distributors must be addressed with the distributor, Shoo-fly will not accept returns or honor warranty of equipment for sales not made through the Shoo-fly Ocala office. When your system is installed, be sure to complete and return the warranty card that comes with your owner’s manual.
